Hoop DANCE Workshop: Freedom!!!

Come to groove, dance and play at the inaugural Hoop DANCE workshop at our new venue, the W.I.S.E school in Edmonton,
from 1-3pm Saturday, October 25th, 2014
In this workshop, we'll be focusing on different expressions of freedom as we dance with our hoops.
We're going to explore different steps, styles and ways of moving with the hoop to unlock our ability to get down and groovy with our favorite dance partner (our hoops), as well as practicing some drills that help us gain mastery in our movement with the hoop.
There will be a combination of both structured and unstructured jam time, with plenty of opportunities to rock out and enjoy the freedom that can be found within our little circles.
Waist hooping is a prerequisite for this class.
Extra hoops are available to borrow, but bring your favs for both on and off body hooping!
